Fellowship Team
On December 31st, when millions of people around the world
were celebrating the coming of the New Year, Fresh Harvest
Church was busy celebrating in a different way our 2nd
anniversary as a church fellowship.
Our evening at the home of Beth & Edward Haines began with
fellowship and a dinner, where everyone brought a dessert
other than the Haines family, who supplied everything else.
The desserts were all delicious. This observer sampled
parts of five.
Then, many of us adjourned to the living room for a time of
sharing about the past year and, then, expressing hopes and
prayers for 2003. And, we prayed and we prayed for our
families, for spiritual breakthroughs in 2003, for McHenry
County, Illinois and for the nations.

Our grand finale included a time of personal prophecy for
about six of our members and their guests at this joyous
celebration time. In fact, a gifted prophetic
couple/team from Oak Brook, Illinois wind up joining us, after
they had searched the internet for the "right
connection" spiritually for New Year's Eve. By
virtue of what this couple was sharing with us, we knew that
they were hearing God's voice and telling us what He was
saying
about the people involved in this adventure. By the way,
this couple had never before met or even spoken with anyone
from our church, except to ask for directions to this event.

Of course, fellowship plus all other aspects of our ministry
at Fresh Harvest Church needs and wants joyous volunteers to
come onto the playing field with us, as we provide ministry to
our members, their friends and family members and to our
visitors from McHenry County and around the world.
